Day 9 - 20 days of me series
This is a series of posts that give you a better idea of who I am. I found the idea from Living off Love and Coffee's blog post but instead of 30 days, I'm only committing to 20. I Googled to see if there were another origins for this idea and found many '30 days of me' posts but this one I liked the most so here we go!
Day 9 - Something you are proud of from the last few days
Myself, along with three other fabulous ladies, planned a kick-ass Christmas party for our company. Planning a party is on top of our regular jobs and we could have done a halfhearted job because we are all busy.
Our little committee just clicked and we got the job done and had fun in the process. The party was a super success. It was a 20s themed night with casino games, dancing and great food. We were a bit nervous to try a theme but in the end almost everyone dressed up and those that didn’t were able to join in with accessorizes at the party.
It was also a success because the organizing committee was also able to have fun due to the fabulous restaurant, DJ and support from the casino guys. So often if you plan the party it’s difficult to relax and enjoy but in this case it was a “win win win”.
