I’ve made a few batches of regular black tea kombucha and while it’s tasty I wanted to try something different. This combination of green tea and mint is very popular in Morocco. The kombucha made from sweetened Moroccan Mint Tea is simply amazing and I think I’m in love!
I was always wondering about this funny looking veggie and finally I got the nerve to try it out. It’s a pretty awesome addition to any roasted vegetable dish!
