What IS the Whole30?*

Founded by Melissa Hartwig (and Dallas Hartwig) in April 2009, the Whole30® is designed to change your life in 30 days. Think of it as a short-term nutrition reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system.

Certain food groups (like sugar, grains, dairy and legumes) could be having a negative impact on your health and fitness without you even realizing it.

Are your energy levels inconsistent or non-existent? Do you have aches and pains that can’t be explained by over-use or injury? Are you having a hard time losing weight no matter how hard you try? How does the Guided Whole30 Experience work?

There are three components to the Guided Experience: Daily Modules, Group Support, Live Coaching Calls

Daily Modules

The Daily Modules are delivered through email and connect you with a wealth of information and motivation.

Included in the Daily Modules are:

The Daily Modules are designed to keep your eye on the prize! Start each morning by opening and completing the Module for that day, in the evening come back to the Module to complete your Daily Reflection Journal and plan for the next day.

The Whole30 works best with preparation, preparation, and some more preparation!

The Guided Whole30 Experience begins 6 days before we actually start the experiment. During those 6 days we prepare! Learn all the rules, guidance, what to eat, what not to eat, and more. On Day 1 you will be ready to roll!

The first Module opens on March 26, 2019!

 

Group Support

Being part of a group when trying something new is extremely important to your success with the program. That’s why the Guided Whole30 Experience utilizes both Facebook Groups and WhatsApp Groups.

Having a great day? Share it with the group to inspire others. Having a ‘Kill All Things’ day? Share it with the group to get encouragement!

The groups are also a great way to share recipes, ideas, and hacks with the other participants. You have the option to join either or both groups, whatever works best for you. Megan will be moderating both groups and available to answer questions from either.

 

Live Coaching Calls

Each week Megan will host Live Coaching Calls. This is an amazing opportunity to work directly with a Health Coach!

Are you struggling in a certain area? Let’s figure it out together.

The Live Coaching Calls are open for everyone in the Guided Whole30 Experience. We will be talking about the questions and suggestions that pop-up throughout the week from the Groups. Private coaching sessions are also available at a reduced rate through the run dates of the Experience.
