I love making lists! I love crossing things off of lists!

This activity was inspired by the Happier podcast with Gretchen Rubin. Gretchen and her sister, Elizabeth Craft, started doing this last year after a suggestion from a listener.

I’ve decided to make my list public this year to keep myself accountable. I have also added each item to my Things (my to-do project app) where I listed out the steps needed to get it done.

  4. Speak in public about health coaching

  5. Register my business, mybestself.fit

  6. Vacation in camper van

  7. Lose to 80kg

  8. Bring lunch to work once a week

  9. Get a massage once a month

  10. Laser hair removal

  11. Paint corn hole boards

  12. Finish knitting the sweater

  13. Make vision board

  14. Network/connect with other health coaches in Switzerland

  15. Meditate daily

  16. Try floating

  17. Read 12 books

  18. Write 12 articles

  19. Start new podcast series
